I have had a really difficult time finding time to "do" yoga and meditation AND try to learn what works best for my dosha(s). I found Check Your Weather to be easy to navigate and is something I easily can do in the morning before everyone else wakes up (and takes over) or before bed (I fell asleep listening to the guided meditation . . . sooo perfect!). This is yet another useful tool and wonderful gift from Talya. She makes healthy choices tangible!
