This course includes unique, dosha-specific yoga practices and guided meditations so you can always come back to balance - no matter what imbalance is arising.
We've designed two practices for each Dosha - one active and one deeply restorative (somatic). These yoga sequences cultivate peace within, strength and harmony for you. And you can customize your practice every single day by moving towards the Doshic practice that feels most appropriate for you.
Here's what's included:
3 guided meditations: one for each Dosha (10 minutes each)
3 powerful somatic yoga practices: one each for Vata, Pitta, or Kapha (20 minutes each)
3 energizing active yoga practices: one each for Vata, Pitta, or Kapha (20 minutes each)
One guided Savasana – Tridoshic (10 minutes)
